    A session typically ranges from 1 to 4 hours, depending on your needs.

    For upholstery cleaning, there will be a down time of 3-5 hours depending on the air conditioning. We recommend to do upholstery cleaning during a timeslot where work will not be carried out during and after.

  • Yes, you can engage our services any time. We do not require you to be an ongoing client with us.

    We would prefer at least 3 working days notice. This is to ensure we conduct on-site analysis to provide an accurate quote and package for your needs and budget.

  • Should you require cleaning on a public holiday, we will be able to accommodate. For such situations, we will charge an appropriate overtime fee (according to market rate).
